Terms of Service

If you're not comfortable with my T.o.S. and/or you're not going to agree with them, I suggest you to commission another artist.

★ GENERAL

as the artist:
• I have the right to refuse service to any customer that does not take my TOS into consideration.
• I have the right to reject your request if I don't see myself capable or I'm uncomfortable.
• I have the right to use your commission as an example for future services and post it on my social media, unless the customer asks me to keep it private.as the customer:
• You may post my artwork on your social media with credits.
• You are allowed to print the artwork, if it's in very limited numbers for personal use only (not making money with that. Examples: gifts, decoration).you are not allowed to:
• Trace, edit, copy or claim the artwork as yours (as you've made it).
• Use my artworks to train AI of any kind or NFT.
• Altering the artwork to remove the signature is forbidden.note: I won't accept commissions based only on descriptions; of course, if you haven't any existing reference of your character you can send me more different pictures to make me understand what to do (picture for hair shape, picture for dress, picture for eyes, etc, and i will "assemble" the character!).
I do not accept references made with AI.

★ PAYMENTS and REFUNDS

• On VGen: all payments must be processed through VGen, as per VGen ToS, must be fully paid before I start, refunds are allowed if requested before I start the sketch or if I’m unable to finish your commission.• On PayPal: price must be fully paid before I start, refunds are allowed if asked before I start the sketch or if I’m unable to finish your commission

★ DEADLINES and DELIVERY

Commissions can take between 1 week up to 3 months to fully be finished, from the moment I start working on it, depending on the type of commission. Please refer to my work queue here to know the status of your order. You'll be notified as soon as I start working on your commission.
For some services, if you have a strict deadline, a fee can be added.

★ ARTWORK USE

• Personal — individual using my designs/artworks without making money by that (Example: icon in personal social media accounts). You can print the art as long as it stays for personal use, not profiting in any way.• Commercial: Monetized Content — used as reference or directly to create PNGtuber, Vtuber, Emotes and other digital services, used as Icon, Banner, Stream Schedule for Content Creators, used in any context that is monetized for you.• Commercial: Merchandise — used as reference or directly to create any kind of physical merchandise (keychains, pins, prints, plush, etc.) that makes you earn money.note: Commercial Commissions are available only if bought on VGen.
Stream Assets Commissions already include the Commercial: Monetized Content Tier.

★ PROCESS (Not for Character Design Service)

• Once the payment is made, the commission will begin.• The first sketch will be sent for review and make corrections. This process can be repeated up to 2 times (my mistakes don't count). Once the sketch is confirmed, no major changes can be made.• A more refined sketch with flat colors will be sent to approve colors. No major changes will be accepted at this point.• Once everything is finished, you'll receive your artwork!

★ COMMUNICATION

I’m open for communication on Instagram, Discord or VGen Chat.I can wait for an answer up to 24 hours for people with a time-zone similar to mine (CET), or up to 48 hours for a time-zone with a time difference of at least 6 hours from mine. If for any reason you need more time to answer me, we can discuss that.After the amount of time has passed without answering, I will proceed working on the design as I wish.After 3 days without answering, I have the right to close the commission and no refund can be granted.◆ If there are any questions about the Terms & Conditions listed please ask the artist directly.

I won't accept commissions based only on descriptions; of course, if you haven't any existing reference of your character you can send me several different pictures to make me understand what to do (picture for hair shape, picture for dress, picture for eyes, etc, and i will "assemble" the character).
I do not accept references made with AI.note: This is not an extensive list; I reserve the right to refuse a commission without disclosing the reason.

You can save up by commissioning up to three matching icons all together! Buy two matching icons for a 10% discount or three matching icons for a 15% discount.

Props are any kind of Weapon, Musical Instrument or Big Accessory that your character owns (examples: Sword, Guitar, Umbrellas, a Big and Peculiar Backpack and more).

Pokèmon

Pokemon’s Art prices vary depending on the complexity of the original Pokemon design. Generally, a simple design would be a Base Pokemon, Medium Design a Phase 1 Pokemon, Hard Design a Phase 2 Pokemon, Complex Design a Legendary Pokemon. Of course, there might be some exceptions, the most notable one are Pokemons without evolutions, but with more detailed designs (Absol and Kangaskhan have a Hard Design, while Durant has a Simple Design).
I can’t write an exhaustive list with all Pokemons (for obvious reasons), so remember to contact me first to ask for clarifications.
